Dr. Peter carries over 20 years’ experience in clinical practice and leadership both in public and private healthcare sectors. He is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist and has undergone several professional development courses in Uganda and the United Kingdom with particular interest in infertility treatment, minimal access surgery and Feto-maternal medicine.

He has also conducted research and published academic papers on various medical topics.

Peter’s academic qualifications include an MBA in Management from Uganda Martyrs’ University, Master of Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynecology) and Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery both from Makerere University Kampala.

Peter is vice chair of the Board of Essubiryo-Zambogo Sacco of Buganda Kingdom where he actively contributes to social impact.

Dr. Kagali Samuel is a seasoned Gynecologist with a rich history in the medical practice industry. He joins the team as a CLINICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER. He brings a wealth of skills to our team, including expertise in Clinical Research, Gynecology, Medical Education, Laparoscopic Surgery, and Reproductive Health.

As a dedicated healthcare Dr. Kagali Samuel professional, Dr. Samuel holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, with a focus on Medicine, from the prestigious University of Dar es Salaam.
His commitment to excellence and patient care makes him a valuable addition to our team.

An Expert in Establishing and Maintaining Robust Management Systems. With over a decade of demonstrated ability in leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including private and government Hospitals, international agencies, and non-profit organizations, to deliver complex health projects on time and within scope.

Proficient in developing and implementing country-specific action plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards in Hospital practices.

Geraldine’s strong management skills and strategic business focus have allowed her to develop sustainable relationships with stakeholders, making her an invaluable asset to any team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Laboratory Technology, complemented by advanced skills in project management and strategic planning.

In addition to her academic credentials, Geraldine has completed various professional development courses including quality, Environment and Occupational Health and safety management systems, biosafety and biosecurity, risk management among others.

She is committed to leveraging expertise in public health to support in combating global health threats across Africa

Susan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over eight years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial analytics. She currently serves as the Finance Manager at Kampala Hospital, where she plays a key role in ensuring sound financial stewardship, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational efficiency.

Susan joined Kampala Hospital as a Financial Accountant and quickly distinguished herself through her dedication, technical expertise, and results-oriented approach. Her work has been instrumental in implementing cost optimization strategies, enhancing revenue performance, and strengthening internal financial controls.

She holds a CPA certification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and is finalizing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Uganda Management Institute. Her academic excellence has been recognized with awards for Best Student in Corporate Financial Management (2014) and Audit Assurance (2015).

With a strong commitment to financial accountability and continuous improvement, Susan is passionate about contributing to the hospital’s mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through robust financial leadership.

Marion has over 14 years of nursing experience and has served Kampala Hospital for the past 10 years in various roles, including staff nurse, unit in-charge, Night Supervisor, Operating Theatre supervisor, and currently Acting Principal Nursing Officer for the In-Patient Department. She combines practical, social, and cultural leadership approaches.

Marion excels in leadership with a strategic business focus, building sustainable relationships with stakeholders. She is passionate about career advancement, advocating for and nurturing nurses and midwives for the benefit of patients and the organization.

Her academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from The Aga Khan University, Uganda. She has also completed professional and leadership courses, including the Female Future Program and Conflict Management and Resolution.

Stephen Mayambala, Services Manager, has over 24 years of experience in Leisure and Hospitality Management, with skills in Banking and Finance, Security Operations, Fleet Management, Facility Management, and Occupational Safety and Health. He excels in leadership with a strategic business focus, fostering sustainable relationships within and outside the organization.

Stephen holds an MBA in Management from Kabale University, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Makerere University Business School, and a Diploma in Hotel and Institutional Catering from the National College of Business Studies, Nakawa. He has also completed various professional development courses, including Occupational Safety and Health, IOSH Managing Safely, and Security Operations.

Moses Musiime is a seasoned Marketer and Manager with extensive experience in the FMCG sector. He has successfully managed Consumer Portfolios, Products, Services, and Brands to drive revenue and market share. Moses has played a pivotal role in creating and building strong brands, revenue-generating products and services, and driving innovation for organizations.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Makerere University, Moses brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He has over a decade in the marketing field, working across various industries including beverage, telecommunications, marketing, and communications.

Currently, Moses channels his passion and expertise into his role as Marketing Manager at Kampala Hospital. He finds inspiration in seeing satisfied customers and witnessing businesses grow, motivating him to continue his impactful work.
